Message	According to Edmund's True Market Value (TMV), a 90 turbo with 7k miles and every option I can check is worth ~$13000. If I were the purchaser, I'd be willing to add $4-5k premium for the car you described. Remember since this is one of a kind, there is no market value except for how much one person is willing to pay. Once you buy it, you've just set the market price.
